Galapagos Best Option Cancellation and Refund Policy
The policies listed below apply to all reservations.
- Cancellation made 91 or more days prior to departure: 100% of the deposit is refundable
- Cancellation made between 61-90 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit is refundable
- Cancellation made within 31-60 days prior to departure: 25% of the deposit is refundable
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to departure: Non-Refundable
• All cancellations must be made directly with Galapagos Best Option, not with tour providers.
• All refunds will be processed by wire transfer and any associated wire transfer fees will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
• The refund amount can also be credited directly to your account for future bookings without any transaction fee.
How to Cancel a Reservation
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.
